Receiver ICs

These devices have a supply voltage ranging from 3V to 5.5V, and a frequency range from 300MHz to 1GHz, with a maximum data rate of 2kb/s, 2.1kb/s, 4.8kb/s, 10kb/s, or 115kb/s. Additional features include very low RF antenna re-radiation, no filters or inductors required, CMOS logic interface for standard ICs, extremely low external part count and transmit standby mode for bi-directional link control.
