ARM Based Processors

Components Direct offers a variety of ARM based processors from Marvell. Those processors have a supply voltage of 1.25V and 3.3V, and their frequency range from 200MHz to 520MH. Additional features include companion chip interface, extensive data buffering, 4 Pulse Widt Modulators (PWMs), Intel® Xscale™ Microarchitecture with Intel® Wireless MMX™ Technology, FIR & SIR infrared communications port and support for PCMCIA and Compact Flashand. The processor memory interface supports a variety of memory types that allow flexible design requirements. An integrated LCD display controller supports displays and a fast palette RAM provides flexible color mapping capabilities.
