Components Direct offers a variety of synchronous buck (step-down) regulators from Marvell, Maxim and Micrel. These devices have the supply voltage ranging from 2V to 30V, and the output voltage ranging from 0.3V to 33V. The range of switching frequency is from 150kHz to 8MHz. Additional features include resistor-programmable fixed switching frequency, remote sensing, adjustable ac loop gain, power-good (PWROK) output, current-mode feedback, digital soft-start and current-limited output. These quality synchronous buck (step-down) regulators are designed for desktop computers, LAN servers, industrial computers, GTL bus termination, and other applications.
