Components Direct offers a variety of fast reads/writes nonvolatile SRAM from Maxim. These devices have a supply voltage ranging from 3V to 5.5V, and have memory sizes of 256kb, 1Mb, and 4Mb. Additional features include 10 years minimum data retention without external power, battery monitor checks remaining capacity daily, Underwriters Laboratories (UL) recognized, unlimited write cycle endurance and an internal power-supply monitor which detects power fail below nominal Vcc. These quality nonvolatile SRAMs are designed for RAID systems and servers, industrial controllers, Router/Switches, POS terminals, Data-Acquisition system and other specific applications.
