The Marvell LUPXA255A0C400 is a 32-Bit Microprocessor. The PXA255 is a high-performance and low power processor with a CPU clock from 100 to 400 MHz. The supply voltage can be reduced to 1.00V with low power/sleep modes. The processor memory interface supports a wide range of memory types which allows for a flexible design requirement. The PXA255 is available in a 256-pin BGA Package.
