Battery Backed RAM Memory Controllers

Components Direct offers a variety of battery backed RAM memory controller ICs from Maxim. These devices have supply voltages of 3.3V to 5V. These nonvolatile controllers with battery monitor are CMOS circuits which solve the application problem of converting CMOS SRAM/RAM into nonvolatile memory. Additional features include battery, chip enable control, power fail out and smart socket with internal battery.
