Ethernet PHYs

Components Direct offers a variety of Ethernet Physical Layer Transceivers (PHY) from Micrel. These devices have a supply voltage ranging from 1.8V to 3.6V. Interfaces include IEEE 802, MII, RMII and SMII. Additional features include being fully compliant to IEEE 802.3u standard, supporting media independent interface (MII) and reduced MII (RMII), supporting 10BaseT, 100BaseTX and 100BaseFX with Far_End_Fault detection, supporting power down mode and power saving mode as well as being configurable through MII serial management ports or via external control pins.
