GPIO Expanders

Components Direct offers a low cost and a small package GPIO (General Purpose Input/Output) Expander. The device consumes lower power in relation to the operating current and contains a high-resolution PWM output. The ports of the GPIO can drive LEDs, and the device can monitor the system when a component has insufficient I/O ports.
